Former Apprentice Contestant Summer Zervos Files Defamation Lawsuit Against Donald Trump

After facing lots of tensions becoming United States next president, Donald Trump has to tackle another scandal as a former contestant from American game show ‘The Apprentice’ has sued Donald Trump for defamation applying forcefully kissing and fumbling allegations.

Summer Zervos has registered a harassment lawsuit on Tuesday against the Trump who is about to take oath or taking office on 20 January. She made public lawsuit news at a downtown Los Angeles news conference along with her legal representative, Gloria Allred.

However, Zervos was seen on the reality show’s season 5, claimed that Mr. Trump had attempted to seduce her when she was with him at the Beverly Hills Hotel in 2007 by kissing her on mouth without any permission.

Zervos also explained that she attempted to save herself and moved around a hotel room as she didn’t want to lose her employment.

After feeling compelled herself, she decided to make public all what happened with her just after watching the recordings on the set of “Access Hollywood” those were rolled out days ago, demonstrating Mr. Trump roughly commenting grabbing females by the genitals.

Nonetheless, she believes M. Trump as a sexual predator who had targeted so many women as well her and his bad speeches against the women forced her to take this step.

Zervos legal representative announced on Tuesday that her client had voluntarily taken a lie detector test about the accusations and had passed.

On other side, a spokeswoman for Trump, Hope Hicks, described the allegations those raised from Zervos are baseless and there is no reality in these ridiculous story.

Although, Mr. Trump refused all accusations in October by saying he clearly replied her from the reality-television show that hosted by him for over a decade.
